Scientific Programme Guidelines
Description
The scientific programme should be structured to cover key domains of Clinical Dermatology, Venereology, Leprosy, Aesthetics, Dermatosurgery, Pediatric Dermatology, and emerging trends.
- Sessions must be balanced between keynote lectures, invited talks, free papers, award papers, workshops, and panel discussions.
- Demonstrates how the innovation works, its feasibility.
- Ideal for those who already have something built, tested or demonstrated (e.g., a device, app, process improvement, diagnostic tool, AI model, etc.).
- Encourages innovators to bridge the gap between concept and implementation — presenting solutions that are ready for real-world validation or scale-up.
Eligibility
Open to Faculty, Research Scholars, Students (UG & PG), Private Sector Delegates, and Entrepreneurs from Healthcare, Engineering, Biotechnology, and Arts & Sciences.
Submission Requirements
Submit an abstract (maximum 250 words) including the following:
- Problem Statement
- Innovation
- Technology or Creative Element
- Feasibility
Team Composition
Each entry may have one main innovator and one co-innovator.
Presentation Format
Shortlisted participants will make a 10-minute presentation (8 minutes presentation + 2 minutes discussion) before an expert panel.
Presentation Guidelines
- Title Slide - Project/innovation name, team, guide.
- Problem Statement - Clearly define pain point.
- Solution - Describe your innovative idea/solution.
- Key Features - Highlight unique aspects.
- Implementation - Tech stack, architecture, workflow.
- Impact/Benefits - Metrics, value proposition.
- Roadmap - Timeline, milestones.
- Demo - Live or video demo.
- Conclusion - Summarize and call to action.
Evaluation Criteria
Evaluation will be based on Innovation, Feasibility, Societal Impact and Presentation Clarity.
Idea Pitching Guidelines
Description
Present a novel concept or start-up idea with a clear problem-solution-innovation pathway, even if not yet developed into a prototype.
- Focuses on creative, original ideas still in the conceptual or early development stage.
- Participants must convince judges of the idea's innovation value, feasibility, potential societal or healthcare impact & market Potential.
- Provides a platform for idea incubation — helping promising concepts gain visibility, feedback, and possibly collaboration or funding for further development.
Eligibility
Open to Faculty, Research Scholars, Students (UG & PG), Private Sector Delegates, and Entrepreneurs from Healthcare, Engineering, Biotechnology and Arts & Sciences.
Submission Requirements
Submit an abstract (maximum 250 words) covering:

- Innovative Aspect / Uniqueness

Team Composition
Teams of 1 to 4 members are permitted.

Shortlisted teams will make a 15-minute pitch (10 minutes presentation + 5 minutes discussion) before an expert panel.
